How do I know my site has been hacked?
Common signs: Google shows a warning in search results, the site redirects to a strange address, search shows foreign-language pages or spam products under your domain, your host has suspended the account, or the site is suddenly very slow.
What should I do before you look at it?
Change your email and WordPress admin passwords. Don’t delete files or restore an old backup yet, because that can erase the traces that show how the attacker got in.
How much does a cleanup cost?
It depends on how deep the foreign code has gone. I look at the site first and tell you the price before any work starts.
How soon can you start?
Write with your site’s address. I usually reply within one working day and tell you when I can start.
How do I stop it happening again?
